weigh in on home scales not official weigh in scales at work. After breakfast, with jeans and shirt on 206.2. That puts me losing right at 18 lbs since the contest started on January 24. Not as well as I had hoped but not a failure either.
206.2 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
