Ugh...PMS...fatigue...hungry...trying to ignore it, but UGH!!! I'm sticking with the diet AND my work outs, but I don't feel any thinner this week. We shall see at my next weigh in! Sometimes being a girl really sucks. :-)

Hang in there! The first 5 days were horrible. I'm on day Day 11 fat flush...For the past few days my weight hasn't budged and I'm desperatly wanting bread with butter. LOL Do something nice for yourself....maybe a warm bath? Does you gym have a sauna? I know how you feel!
