Fat Flush
The weight loss was pretty steady-but of course, it fluctuates depending on time of the moth, and all that other annoying "girl stuff". Smile

Fat Flush
Hey there-
I did Phase 1 for 4 weeks total and had great results. If I remember correctly, in the book she says it's okay to do it for that long, but after that, you need to go to Phase 2. Good luck, I love the Fat Flush! Smile

looking into starting fat flush (yay) but do i really need to buy her "kit"? - a bit price
You can absolutely be successful without purchasing her whole "pill kit". Just do your homework and get the equivalent at your local health food store. I buy everything at Henry's..except the GLA. I go to the Vitamin Shoppe for that. Good luck!

Post C-section Abs
Well..the "celebs" don't have it because nowadays you can have your C section AND a tummy tuck all at the same time. <sigh> Must be nice.

I've got that evil pouch too and have just started working with a personal trainer who says that cardio is the only way to lose the belly fat. Sure, you can tone the muscle underneath with ab work, but you can't lose the fat that way. It's all about getting up and gettin' to sweatin'.
Hang in there..I'm with ya!
