Today is day three. I dont want to weight myself but once a week, on Mondays. I am whatching what I eat, but relizing that I eat more carbs then I thought. I need to look up protien options and lay off the carbs more. The medication is helping. Clothes feel a fraction better all ready, but no noticable differance. It will take time, I pray I start to see some results within 2-3 weeks.
