Got my period today... and craving soo many foods but didnt give in yet.! also i hate feeling bloated, really discuraging when trying to loss weight plus you add on 2lb of water weight when on your period..wounderful cant wait for the bloating to go down! Also being grumpy and tired is not a plus either!

ugh, i hear you! i hate working so hard and not seeing any changes during my TOM. BUT, if you stick with the plan, once bloating goes away you're golden! (and a couple pounds lighter, hopefully.) stay hydrated!
