Well no loss this week, this is the first time in 6 weeks that I can't record a loss. Upset at first but then realized that this is my week after the Fat Fast, and everything I have read says this week you either gain or stay the same, so I will take no loss over a gain anyday! I did not stray from my plan at all so must just be my body catching up from my good loss last week. Can't find my tape measure but as soon as I do I will see if the inches went down instead of the lbs? Blood work and Dr visit tomorrow, then Tues I see the surgeon, the pain finally got the best of me so April 14th I get my new knee! Not looking forward to it, I remember what I went thru with the other one but in the long run it will all be worth it! Had a beautiful day here yesterday, but today is rainy and cool so time for some sports watching and getting caught up on household chores! Hope everyone has a great weekend!
