Went away for the weekend and it took a little while to get back to the gym and eating healthy again. So far, so good for today. Went to the gym and ran for a half hour and haven't eaten anything that's super bad for me except a single Oreo...every time I get hungry I try and drink herbal tea or a GG Bran crispbread with laughing cow cheese. It tastes like cardboard but has a ton of fiber so it keeps me full.
