Been off track, but I started exercising and I think that is helping. it hasn't been hard to stay on track w/ my calories, but there is still too much up & down. I hope to see it go down now that I am exercising.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
