With office having a Cake Day yesterday, I indulged in some Blueberry Cobbler and was really bummed out. But then picked my head up, had good dinner and played full game of Soccer. After every food/fitness item was entered, I went over my RDI of 1200 calories but still managed to burn more than I consumed. Today I'm feeling super awesome (and maybe really really sore) and I'm excited to go through this journey with all its falls and little victories.
