I started my weight loss when I was 249 pounds. I have lost 12 pounds so far and am hoping to make it all the way down to 150 or less. I have started with Hemp Hearts and although they say that this gives you lots of energy, as a diabetic I found I had to eat more often with more food. I am looking forward to doing this with my daughter as we both go forward with our weight loss.
