Well, I tried this new diet thing with my mom. It was called Hemp Hearts. And you are supposed to only eat once a day and live off of about 400 calories all together. Well, by the end of the day I was dying, and so was my mom. We could not live off of that little bit. I got no carbs, no fiber, no protein, but 26 grams of fat. Soo not good. I totally stopped that diet, and I am starting with the Biggest Loser 30 Day Jump Start Diet, and I am planning on changing my entire lifestyle to eating healthier and exercising more. I want to lose 115 lbs. I don't care how long it will take me. I just want to work on losing the weight so I am healthy and happy for my baby boy.

Yea, I couldn't live on that either. Your better off doing something you can live with for the long haul. It's the only way to keep the weight off.
