Came home from school was feeling hungry hadn't ate since breakfast it's 3 pm. Fixed a turkey bologna & cheese on 100% Wheat about 400 calories total, had bag of chips to go with it another 200 calories. Sat on sofa slept for 1 hr. Woke up snacked on Cocoa Roasted almonds about 15 of them 200 calories then had some Tortia chips and salsa another 150 calories. 2hrs later had a plate of french fries baked & Turkey Burger w/cheese about another 600 calories and 2 breaded chicken chunks 200 calories while waiting for burger to get done. Total calorie intake this evening 1750.
When I woke up from nap worked on P90X for 1st round 30 min. After eating burger & fries I walked on treadmill for 35 min 400 cals burned and did P90X Core for 10 min. Shower to bed now 10:33pm
