Mysti (our Percheron) snorted at me this morning while I shoveled the snow away from the door of the barn. She was saying - what happened?? Where did THAT all come from? Then she gently hangs onto the shovel handle to stop me from shoveling and nudges me as if to say - you don't have to do that! But it was nice extra-exercise and I enjoyed moving the snow making room for what will eventually slide off the metal roof and take its place later today! Then I'll go shovel that away during my lunch time break for more exercise. Have to admit - losing 10 lbs has actually given me some energy back. Now for the next 10 lbs! Slow but sure!
