well worked out yesterday and the scale jumped to 279 don't know what caused that but i'm going to wait to see what next week brings me.. i hope good news.. :( well i bought a poster board yesterday and i made a chart i'm going to start tracking my husbands and mine weight at home and hang it in our bedroom.. i did the past 5weeks and his line is going down and mine is all over the place..

i really need to buy me a scale for my home. the gym one is fine but i need to weight in right when i wake not after a long day of eating and drinking lots of water...

well I hope next week brings me a better number.. i really want to hit the 260's....

Working out can cause your muscles to get little tears in them, and then they fill with water to help themselves heal. It can show a gain on the scale, but it is temporary and will go away. Just drink your water and keep exercising. You are doing great. Also, google an article called "why the scale lies." It will explain about gains we have when we are doing everything right.
