Just weighed myself again before getting in the shower and got this new weight. Need to find out what the common denominator is for the weight fluctuations. Gonna try to keep with the routine and go again in the morning. Just going to do fat burning and cardio this week, next week will start circuit training to tone up. Will continue to stretch and do push up and ab wheel at home.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
