I did nothing over the weekend and I am feeling it. :-( Oh well, I am back on track and doing my best! I am not going to get down on myself for what I do and don't do, I am just going to keep pushing and do what is right for me! I am going to the gym today and then have a double header volleyball game tonight so that will be great! As for eating...well I do great during the day, then I get home and things just don't go as well...but it is cool! I am concentrating on drinking more water and I am really hoping that I at least stay steady with the weight, it would be nice to go down more, but this week I don't think it is going to happen. I did notice the other day though that my legs are starting to slim down and that is huge for me...I need to measure so that I know exactly where I am at, I am going to try to do that tonight. Breakfast~yogurt
snack~smoothie
lunch~salad
snack~veggies
Dinner~brown rice and some shredded chicken
WATER....WATER....WATER....WATER!!!

LOL. U and I both. Except I did ALOT over the weekend. ALOT of eating hahaha. But really, its not funny. Well, im trying to make up for it by doing a little extra cardio. I need to drink more water too, sometimes its hard. Just hang in there, youre so close! P.S. Doing your best is the best thing you can do. =0)

Girl, you don't have to worry about working out, you do so well even when you're not trying! You'll get to it when you can...

Your chart is looking great, and I have the same issues, do great during the day then I get home and it goes to pots! lol You really do need to measure yourself it's a great feeling when you can how many inches are melting away. Keep up the awesome job girl!
