Leaving it blank for yesterday - didn't quite stick to my low portion amount goal at the party but there were CHEESY POTATOES!! Argh!! Ahaha. Seriously though I'm not stressing about it - I did a very small amount of cardio today to get myself over my food hang-over..and seriously I did have a food hangover. If you need proof that food totally affects your mood and outlook you should see me the morning after I eat more than my body has become accustomed to especially when they are foods full of fats and carbs.. luckily this feeling makes it much easier to get back to my healthier eating the next day ;-)

Don't feel bad..I was already over my limit when Brandi brought cheese, crackers and pickled bologna up to watch a movie with me..I had a dish with veggies..but..oh well..as Scarlett would say..after all, tomorrow is another day!
