Feeling like poo. Put back on like 6 pounds in the last little while. It has been too cold to walk, wind chill warnings most days. Saturday was about -60. So needless to say I stayed in and got nothing done after working a night shift. I have been stress eating like it's going out of style. Heading out of town for a funeral so I will try not to do any worse and get back on track next week. Sigh
