ok I went 126 calories over what I consider my limit of 1200-1300 a day, so I walked an extra 1/2 hour for my indulgence. Today started out rainy but I actually caught a sun break and thought oooh, go get Thor but no one was home so I went walking today with my daughter.

My machine of hope has life once again but I don't think it is good as new as it should be since they pretty much rebuilt it. It stinks when I am walking on it and it feels like it has a flat tire. I am so disappointed but this time when it dies, it will be replaced per our maintenance agreement.

That's it for today. I am hoping I can control myself better tomorrow on my calories. I hope my buddies had a great day.

I liked that you put a "price" of sorts on your overindulgence - good tip!! I too struggle for control - glad to know I'm not the only one!

It's still not fixed if it doesn't work right. Nice that you had a break on the weather and could walk outside
