Started a new job, its quite a bit more physical. I'm wondering if I will gain weight using more muscles or lose because I'm burning more calories, hmmm

Probably a bit of both. You will see weight loss from the activity and then if you do repetitive work then the muscles will strengthen.

Probably, I used to work for kohl's primarily stocking merchandise and setting up displays. It was a workout most days the whole time I was there, lost weight, gained muscle, felt good, actually enjoyed my job. Then found my current job, strictly desk/ phones have gained weight, gotten out of shape, lots of added stress the plusses are great benefits, better pay, and I'm rarely bored which means I can pay my bills.
