So today Ive been on a 'normal day' (5:2 bikini diet) and ive allowed myself the treat of carbs, the form of toast with poached eggs. I've kept a close eye on my kcal intake though.

This evening was the ultimate test, I had dinner at my mums house and she had a pizza, wine and a large bar of chocolate..... I had a homemade smoked salmon salad with a pint of water. It really did take the ultimate will power, but as soon as I'd finished eating my salad I felt great... Not bloated at all and just kept thinking about those pounds melting away! Even just one bite of that pizza and it could have been it for me, specially soon as my mum was offering, but I stayed strong.
