Haha FAIL . . .I'm definately recognising my down fall though. I like to eat until I feel like ill pop. I need something sweet or ill just keep hunting for food until i finally give in
Andddd from 7pm that's when the fatty unlesheshed so bed early

I have the same issue I used to have a cup of coffee in the a.m. and then go all day without eating and then eat a bunch of stuff at night... As soon as I changed that I started to see the scale go in the right direction! LOL😂 My weaknesses are wine, cheese, coffee and chocolate. When I cut those out, I lost a lot of weight... Have a great weekend! 😉

I tried not buying any and was going well but that sweet craving just wouldn't stop. I learnt to make healthier treats at home, but would finish the entire thing so same issue. Now I think I'll factor in that sweet thing so throughout the day I'm not building up the calories too much. It's definitely important to learn your triggers thanks everyone nice to know I'm not alone. We'll get there

I try to keep my sweet/savoury treat for after 7pm..i know aloe of people say you shouldn't eat after then...but that's when I'm ravenous and could eat my own arm! So it's like I have to earn it...lol...and if I workout more or have walked alot that day...I have 2 treats!

Yes Selina I definitely agree, I'll be saving my treat until last and go to bed straight after or I will keep going
