Good Morning all.. or just me since it seems i'm the only one who reads these things.

Had a good workout yesterday, ran for 5 minutes without stopping.. did another 2 intervals of 3 minutes and 2 more at 2 minutes. I know some people are runners.. i've never been a runner.. but i'm going to work myself up to it. My lungs protested before my legs did, they don't like this cold weather. I did a total of 60 minutes of cardio, I probably should of done more. I was ready to go home though. Tonight i'm thinking I may do some running on the indoor track upstairs, so that I don't get too spoiled by the treadmill. There is a step class starting at 6 I may stick around for. Haven't made up my mind on that one yet.
Overall.. followed my diet to the point. I'm proud of myself, i'm usually trying to cheat by now. :) Go Me.
