Work was stressful yesterday and I didn't do too badly on the eating front. Could have made better choices, but really didn't care. It was a "scheduled" off day for my workout. I needed it! I was sore from work. I am off today, tomorrow and the weekend. My sister and niece are coming in and I plan to have a good few days relaxing and recouperating. I need to get my butt in gear, have a quick workout, tidy up the house and then take a beauty bath and enjoy my long weekend.
