ok so my boyfriend works all day and I work all evening. the only meal we can share together is dinner so usually I save like 600 to 700 calories for that. He likes for us to cook and try new cool recipes. Is it bad that i eat the majority of my calories at 9 pm? i dont usually go to sleep till midnight or 1.
