Lost 1 pound this week. Great considering what time of the month it is. But I'm gonna work hard to make up for it next week! Thanks for the encouragement tntnamomma! When I think about the weeks when I don't lose as much as I'd like to, I just go back to my photos of when I first started this journey and I see how far I've come! That makes me feel so much better and it brings me back to looking at the big picture. Have a great day fs!
