I love that we get to start each day as a new day. It gives us a chance to make better choices. I eat an apple every night before I go to bed and it really helps.

Chryssm is right, we all so it sometimes. Don't dwell on it, get a good night's rest and wake up back on track. I don't think anyone here works harder than you do.

You have your goals & set deadlines for those goals. Breaking those goals down into monthly, weekly & even daily goals can make it seem so much more manageable. We are able to focus more clearly on what it is we need to do in order to reach the big picture. Some days we do better than others but with your positive attitude you will find more of your days are better! Keep your focus clear. The results you desire will follow your efforts. Your weight chart shows you are headed in the right direction! :D

Like a lot of people night time is my weakness too, chocolates, snacks etc and I hate going to bed feeling hungry but I just read an article about fibre supplements that makes real sense to me. I take Metamucil every morning but this article suggests taking it at night, the reason being it swells up in water (you have to drink it quickly) so taken after dinner it gives you a full feeling and takes away some of those nigh time cravings. So Im going to switch and will report back. You might like to give it a go yourself :)

These guys do have products to sell, but you don't have to buy anything. I think what they have to say is very interesting and maybe food for thought for you (apologies for the dreadful pun!). Taking a look costs nada.

There is always tomorrow! Keep trying! I am (was) a PM snacker, and undoing all my days efforts. I have stopped eating after 7PM and it seems to be helpful. I do find, that if I am truly starved, a light snack before bed helps me sleep. Listen to your bod, it will tell you what you need! Good Luck!

If I stop eating early, like an hour or two before bed, I wake up around 2:00 starving! Any helpful tips would be appreciated. :-)

Hello LadyBea40, when I eat mostly carbs the night before I wake up starving. Try to have mostly protein for dinner and see if that helps. Let's have a wonderful day!!

Great advice about the protein dinner, it will help. Even if I have carbs for breakfast, I'm starving in an hour. Have a great day Bea!
