My 'new' diet consists of working out on my eliptical every other day (M, W, F, Sun, then Tues, Thurs, Sat, back to M, W, F... etc) and just watching what I eat. I hope this proves I can lost 10lbs a month - which is basically the main goal I have right now. I know I can lose 6lbs a month by just restricting and not binging/over-eating.... so 10lbs with working out half the month should be pretty feasible.
