Ah darn it! It seems my food decisions over the weekend were pretty bad after all. I'll spend this week getting back on track. One good point - I tried some resistance work with a latex Pilates band last night and it made my shoulders feel really good! I'm going to dig up some other exercises to do with these bands and add it into the mix!
