If you are working out and building muscle, that would explain the scale. Remember - muscle weights THREE TIMES more than FAT so you are losing fat and inches but becoming tone. Listen to your body, don't let the scale carry too much influence. You are doing a great job!!!!

you are loosing fat and gaining muscle! the best thing to happen! muscle burns fat faster and speeds up your metabolism. i would not worry about the scale, i would take measurements and pay attention to your clothes fitting

Muscle is denser than fat, you may be losing fat but building muscle! Good job getting down a few inches :)

I measure once a month. I measure: upper and lower thigh, neck, bicep, around the belly button, hips and if you want calves. I don't measure my calves because they are very muscular and have not changed in 10 years.
