Doesn't everyone say that writing down your goals makes you more likely to achieve them? I tell my students that at least. So here goes...
I want to lose 15 lbs. before my next birthday in 8 weeks. To reach my goal I will do the following:
-work out a minimum of 6 hours a week
-eat healthier and slower

Okay, today is day 1. Luckily I have the day off so that will make hitting the gym easy. Time to charge the ipod!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

So they say about writing down the goals..I am a firm believer that you honestly need to believe in yourself. You sound like you are ready to do this and I know you can!! Good luck and keep us posted on your success!!
