RE-started the Flat Belly diet and it's working. Recording what I eat and how I'm feeling seems to be working again too.

One important tip they give that I've been missing the last few months - fix your meals, arrange on a nice (small) plate and actually sit down to concentrate on what you're eating. No reading, watching TV, checking email or FB. Just enjoy your meal.

I've been real bad about grab and go snacking or doing something else while eating - so hopefully this will help allot.
