Working the night shift makes me want to snack more. I mostly crave sugar and sweets prob to help me stay up.
Plus side though.. I do think some might be muscle weight. One Sunday morning I was on the ‘gram and saw an ad for an Exercising. That evening I was at work and realize I had actually bought it. It’s called the DB Method... it’s a squat machine lol I have been using it and I am gaining a lot of muscle in my thighs. I think I’m getting a little bit more shape to my booty to LOL 😝
