After having issues with my daughter who is 19, and finding out that jobs were being abolished in my department, I have gained. I feel terrible.
In visiting my doctor he said I HAVE to loose some weight. So here I go again. I am on holidays this week so I will be kept busy.
Good News - I still have a job, I was only transferred but that still sucks and has caused me great stress as I loved my "old" job....
