Well I am an engaged 42 year old female who enjoys her work and enjoys life in general.
I have a dog named Kanuk who likes to drag me around the block the odd time. I have a wonderful man in my life but who is scared of going up to the alter. I am thinking that it is because of my weight.
I love to go fishing and camping and being where it is warm.
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis about 8 years ago and have been fairly good with it other than a few ugly moments.
I am looking at loosing 50 lbs...wish me luck, encourage me and kick me in the butt if you think I need it..

Ice Cream
How about a Sorbe? It is made with fruit rather than cream, or how aout a small portion of Sherbert? Carful though cuz it has more calories than one would think!

MS (multiple Sclerosis) and my weight!
Hi,
I have MS. I was diagnosed about 8 years ago. I do attend any MS Society functions as, if you were to look at me you would not know I have MS. But I do!
I am unable to work out for a long period as I can not allow my core temp to get that high, so working out is a challenge.
I have to loose weight being if I do have an attack where I am dependant on my spouse to move me, right now he would not be able to. He is a skinny-ass man (Yes I hate him for that!!).
I am looking for people who can provide me with some exercise ideas that will not heat me up too much, and I am also looking for buddies who might have the same issue. And if you are lucky and don't have MS, I would still love to be your buddy.
Hugs, Lisa

low calorie foods
I prefer to stick to veggies and fruit as you are able to eat a whole lot more and the calorie intake is lower, but the fibre can be higher too.
Don't start to cheat on the cookies as it will be easy to cheat all of the time. Use them as a reward...once in a while!!!

ipod arm band
I have qa bean and I love my arm band. I find that I can't really get it on tight because of the velcro but I put it to the right size and slide my arm in...and I also tie it around the handle of my treadmill .....I got it at Walmart for 10.00 or so....good luck
