Its been just over two weeks now and not a single grain has entered my body... What i have noticed however is, well i had already been taught it i just never put into practice, is that fruit does not promote weight loss. I dont eat fruit at all during the week and will usually drop a pound or two. On the weekend especially at my mom and dads house i eat only good food but i have allowed some fruit here and there. An apple, a pear, what ever, but on Monday my weight will be up. Now i know that there may be other factors but that just seems to be in the top running for now, so no more fruit splurges on the weekend for Ry.
