Up at 5:30 this morning! On my way to gym once Mike goes to school. Three days away from mini goal of get to gym before work at least 4 days a week! Go atkins !

Good for you! I cannot get myself yet to gym in the morning but I feel fab after I was at the gym, but I think once the bug bites you to gym, it is like oxygen!

Great job getting up early and going to the gym! re MIM's - I doubt they will slow you down, they are natural food (apart from the diet sugar), so you should be okay, depends how many you eat though - lol. They should help with any bathroom issues too if you know what I mean!

Thanks christie and sarahsmum! Its was rough but your right, once you get there its awesome! Now I am just taking a 20 minute break to rest and meditate before I go into work. Just a quite moment after that nearly two hour work out. The mim is awesome also. I didn't have one today though. I like the idea of it smoothing out the tummy issues that I sometimes have. My son even likes them.
