Keto is the most effective, easy, tasty and healthy way I ever loss a lot of weight - and keep it off by occasionally going full tilt at. I like avocados, nuts, eggs, bacon and olives, and lots of veg.

I’m in your corner. Sometimes you really need to change it up to jumpstart your body into the direction you want it going. Best of luck Rick... hope you smash this!

Hi Kelly. I'm doing great in spite of the pandemic, I have plenty of time now to catch on to Keto. Struggling a bit but the problem is quantity, I'm a glutton, not a gourmet.Fortunately most of my meals are huge salads so the carbs are low, just more than the protein. Keto is all new to me but it's coming. We will soon be getting good weather here in Guelph so I will be getting more exercise. Keep up the good work. You're doing great, good days or not so good.
