Here's to accountability. So this is my first entry and I don't know how many I will make. I have been heavy since the birth of my daughter 15 years ago. Its hard to believe that it has been that long. I love high fat, high sugar foods. I have hid my depression in foods, and I have no excuses. I spend most nights sitting in front of the tv or the computer. I have not yet found my motivation, but I hope that by recording my emotions and daily food intake that I will see what I have have become and create my own motivation for losing weight.
Breakfast: light yogurt, 1 cup of crispix no milk, 12 oz chocolate milk Lunch: small salad, natural baked cheese puffs Dinner, small salad, 2 pieces of BBQ chicken pizza, milk sodas: 3 12 ounce cans
