Making some Vegetable Beef soup today, it's going to be fantastic! Beef, potatoes, carrots, parsnips, celery, onion, mushrooms, green beans and tomatoes... Mmmmmmmm, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! Now I can only have a bite of two of the potatoes but the rest of it will fill me up nicely! :)
