Yeah.. Ate like crap for 3 days.. didn't lose any weight. I was fully prepared to step on the scale today and have gained.. and that wasn't the case. I've even already eaten and i weighed the same. Go Me... but I know I won't get that lucky again. I'd like to set a goal for myself. I want to try and lose 3 pounds a week.. for every week till my 25th birthday. If I can hit that mark, i'll be down 75 lbs.. which in itself is intimidating..but when you think about 3 lbs a week.. it seems attainable.
