I'm disappointed i am still at 212 after my hard work and careful calories in. One day I guess could be enough to ruin a whole week.😞 won't quit I will be working hard today and hopefully I see that difference by tomorrow

Mekellyuwho, I so feel your pain. I know how miserable it is to be counting every freakin calories and then be like, WTF? But if you just stick to your guns, it will catch up, I promise. Just ignore the numbers and stay strong. I need this advice today, too. <weak smile>

When I get down like this, I bring up my weight progress chart and look to see how far I have come. Give it a try! It kind of puts things in perspective by looking at the whole picture and not the last couple of days.

We don't always see our result for this week till next week or later. Consistency is key with weight loss. When you see the scale move from one day to the next, it may be water weight shifting. Exercise or too much sodium can make the scale temporarily make the scale go up, dehydration can make the scale go down. So look at the scale from a weekly perspective and not just day to day, because many things effect the day to day scale fluctuations.
