Well, this is day one with fatsecret and I am hoping that this will help keep me motivated to finally bring my weight back down to 140 (ish) and get my butt back in shape! I am hoping that I will be able to abandon using the car for many of my regular errands over the spring, summer and fall this year (which will hopefully allow my husband more time with car for work related stuff...) We (as a family) are planning on riding the Becel Ride for Heart along the Gardiner Expressway/DVP route again this year and I would be really embarrassed if the kids had to encourage me on instead of the other way 'round! We are also hoping to go on a bike camping trip this summer too and I don't want to be the party pooper there either! So, there it is in writing - I am making a firm commitment to me...
