Day 22 - 31 minutes/8.8 miles/122 watts/73 rpm

Up early today as my wife is having a tooth pulled and I'm taking her to the dentist this morning. Wasn't ready to hit the bike that early, but didn't want to chance not having the time to do so. Nice to have it out of the way. Just found out that a $40 mini helmet I own is selling for $400+ online. I'm holding firm at $500. Wish me luck.
