absolutely destroyed shoulders this morning front, rear, and middle delts ready to weigh in in the morning to see where I'm at for the week hopefully down a few more lbs I dont care so much about the weight loss but I care alot about the inches being lost and putting on as much lean muscle mass as possible I'm trying to be a.s.a.p as strong as possible.
