I am so frustrated I have followed the diet to the letter for a whole month and lost so little and I don't understand what I am doing wrong. grrr I hope I stay faithful I really want this to succeed.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe the calories are too high for your body. Don't think diet, think eating better, less stress on yourself. Think proteins, veggies, a couple fruits and it will happen. :)

According to your weight history you lost 6 lb in less than 3 weeks. It is a lot. You should not try to lose more than 2 lb per week.
