Hi me, Last night was a really shit sleep, didn't get to sleep until nearly 5 am. Soo much on my mind... sooo much shit happening in my life atm. Anyway, have managed to stay focused on myself and my diet today. All went well. Off to Ceroc tonight so that will be fun :) Very happy with my weight loss result. Keep up that 1kg per week and you will be looking fab in no time.
