Only lost 200 grams this week. I had such a social weekend plus no exercise for 4 days.
Back on track today though so all good. Want to lose 1 kg this week. I have got a luncheon on saturday in Thames. Friday is pub night. No drinking until then.

Hi me,
Last night was a really shit sleep, didn't get to sleep until nearly 5 am. Soo much on my mind... sooo much shit happening in my life atm. Anyway, have managed to stay focused on myself and my diet today. All went well.
Off to Ceroc tonight so that will be fun :)
Very happy with my weight loss result. Keep up that 1kg per week and you will be looking fab in no time.

Well the weekend is over. My girlfriend has gone back to Auckland. It was a fab weekend but my eating and drinking were not very controlled. I guess weigh in tomorrow will be interesting.
