I'd trust a pair of jeans over a scale any day. Who goes out for a night on the town wearing a scale?

Too right, the way you feel in your clothes is much more important than what the scales show. Well done! :-)

That's fabulous !! I bought a second hand pair of size 14 jeans as my "incentive pants" - I can get in them and just zipped but I definitely look stuffed and bulging, not thin and sexy !!! That's ok, cause I'm in a 16 now instead of my old 22's and 24's :)

Inches are more important. Especially if you work out, what you are experiencing is typical. I work out 4 days a week. Since Jan 20, I have only lost 14lbs. But I have lost 3.5 inches on the gut. Most of the people that see a steady, consistent weight loss are those who diet only.

Yea!! Always feels good to get into clothes that used to be too small. Muscle weighs more than fat and being fit where most of us want to be.
