Well it wasnt a huge loss week like last weeks 6 pound loss ... but a pound loss is definatly better than a pound gained. Keep on striving for next week : )

Great job...I had my weigh in today and lost 1.5lbs. 5 down a lot to go but having buddies like you who are determine inspires me to continue. Congrats on you success so far.

Thanks girl! I was happy...if I can keep it at this pace I will be happy...The bootcamp is great.... doing 4 classes a week...I really need to add my running back but haven't done that yet....even though I am a slow walk/runner....Its the one thing that sheds the pounds faster than anything else. I just read your journal about getting your scale and getting your basement set up and your plans for your workouts away from any distractions....you got this!!!!!!!
